Cook Time: 10 Min.
What you need:
* 4 pork chops, about 3/4 in. thick
* 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
* 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
What to do:
1. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels; stir together remaining ingredients in small bowl and rub chops on both sides with seasoning mixture. Grill chops over medium-hot coals, turning once, about 8-9 min, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145°F, followed by a 3-min. rest time.

* Outdoor grilling is a family affair and these flavorful, rubbed chops add extra kick to the meal.
